Corner Cafe in Lindau

Nice location (right by the lake) and hence, quite busy. A large selection of cakes but somehow they didn’t look very appealing and the one I ordered didn’t even taste that good.

Very tasty breakfast. Nice courtyard. Friendly staff. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the cafe. It's not that easy with a parking lot, but you can go there too.

The food was delicious and the waitress was cheerful, polite and competent. (She even wore the Corona mask correctly! It's not a matter of course in some restaurants, unfortunately.) We had 6 different breakfasts from scrambled eggs to cake and even a milkshake. Everything was delicious, prepared as requested and served quickly. Always my pleasure!

I can only agree with my previous reviewer ... The staff was not particularly friendly and hospitable. We left the place that was mumbled over before ordering ...

We came here because we lived right in the hotel by the cafe. In the evening we were not served at first and then it took over 30 minutes, despite repeated reports, until we were cashed. The employees were more concerned with personal conversations than serving customers. In the end we were only paid because they wanted to call it a day and not because of our request. The waiter wasn't attentive either, so that we only got one drink in over 90 minutes.

1 star is still too much ... wait 20 minutes at the table ... 3 waiters come one after the other to the next table. No look, no chance to order anything. The main thing is that you have 4 stars at the house, maybe you don't need it anymore

Absolutely cheeky and disrespectful staff !! It rained very hard and we stood or sheltered in front of the stairs to put on our masks. Suddenly a waitress ran up to us and yelled at us why we didn't put on our masks beforehand. Turned right around and left! I was there for breakfast with my girlfriend. Right on the lake. The view is therefore fantastic. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. Would come back anytime. One of the best breakfasts I've had.

I served here a French chocolate in a very small cup, at a price of 4 euros and something, which only tasted like cocoa mixed with water and maybe a sugar cubet. The apple strudel is a poem. It was baked with apple slices, large raisins and almond pieces, which can be recognized and tasted as such. Delicious. Even the pie selection leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, the fine view of the lighthouse and lions. Can there be anything better in Lindau? I can not confirm the bad recession in terms of service, but I can well imagine that it is very busy during the holidays and at certain seasons. The harbor is just a tourist highlight and then you have to expect full restaurant and annoyed staff.

What a nice place. Especially when the sun is shining. You look at the lake, read DIE ZEIT over a coffee crema and let the time go by. An enchanting cafe with nice service.

Nice food and decently priced but service is just okay ,they refused to serve us breakfast even though we did arrive before 12, other than breakfast there is not much good left in the menu
